Reserve Realty primarily functions as a property management company for condominium
and homeowners' associations.
Our philosophy of association management is quite simple. We believe in doing the work
involved in running an association on a day-to-day basis in a timely and common sense
manner. We believe just as strongly in the Board of Directors of the condominium association
retaining control. The Board is the representative of the owners and it is for the Board to decide
policy and provide direction. We see our main task as helping all owners understand their
governing documents and to abide by them.
