Renting
- We secure a tenant for your property.
- We advertise and show your property.
- We obtain a credit check and prepare the lease for the cost of one months rent.
Managing Rentals
- We collect the rent, and pay any expenses as stated in the lease.
- We attend to complaints and problems.
- We see that minor repairs are made in a timely fashion, and consult with the owner
regarding larger repairs.
- We send a monthly itemized statement with check or deposit slip.
- The cost of managing the home is 7% of the gross rent monthly.        

The two parts do not have to go together.  We will manage a property that already has a tenant or find a tenant without managing the property afterward.
