Reserve Realty Management has been managing community associations for over 30 years. We maintain normal office
hours between 9 and 5, Monday through Friday. After business hours, you will reach voice mail where you can leave a
message. All messages are reviewed the next business day.
We provide our wealth of experience to the associations we manage. We have been involved in all aspects of condominiums
from conversion; sales; and new developments to older properties needing rehabilitation. Management requires common
sense and compassion. An association is a not-for-profit corporation operating under the laws of the State of Ohio. It is a
business and in many respects must conduct its affairs according to good business practices. We make certain that your
corporate records are kept in accordance with State requirements.
We take the time to talk to the owners when they call and return calls if we are out of the office. We provide information
concerning contractors; specifications and expectations. We generally oversee the work of contractors hired by the
Association. We have considerable negotiating skills to resolve problems. We strongly believe in working out any problems
that may arise. We expect to be in a working partnership with the Board of Directors. Board members should feel free to call
for consultations and to point out observed problems on the property.

the attorneys hired by the associations to collect delinquent fees. He also
serves as escrow manager working with the title companies and
CondoCerts,and updating and maintaining CondoCerts along with the
website. Matt can also answer any questions you have regarding your
account. Matt also pays all the bills for all the associations. He keeps all the
information straight for tax return purposes and sending the year end
1099's.

fee billing stuffed with any surveys or notices and on its way.

responsible for tabulating ballots for amendments and reserve fund waivers, and
manages the scheduling for the community center's at three of our associations.
